During the 2023 CAMPUS Asia International Symposium at Yonsei University in South Korea on February 20 (Beijing Time), VSPH and Faculty of Medicine of Siriraj Hospital at Mahidol University came together to sign a student exchange agreement. Vice Dean of VSPH, Wang Kaibo and Associate Dean of Siriraj, Prapat Wanitpongpan affixed their signatures to the agreement, with faculty and students from both schools witnessing the historic moment. This agreement, signed within the overarching framework of the "CAMPUS Asia" project, demonstrates the two schools’ intention to send and receive students for academic exchanges and participation in topic discussions.
Wang Kaibo and Prapat Wanitpongpan engaged in comprehensive discussions on the potential for further collaboration between the two schools, offering practical solutions to further enhance project cooperation and talent development. Both schools expressed their aspirations to deepen cooperation, foster stronger partnerships, and facilitate more collaborative exchanges in student education and scientific research. The shared objective is to collectively nurture high-level public health talents and contribute valuable insights and expertise towards addressing global public health challenges.
