Ph.D. graduate representative Na Xiaona reflected on her journey of growth alongside the school, emphasizing that science is a collective endeavor. She shared insights from her academic and research collaborations: "At Tsinghua, I learned to speak with data but also to listen with empathy—the 'laboratory' of public health lies among the often-overlooked communities." Master’s graduate representative Zhang Fan encapsulated her years of study with three themes: exploration, engagement, and dedication. She highlighted how Tsinghua helped her realize the mission of public health professionals—to stand where others don’t and prevent crises before they emerge. International student representative James Anthony Pollard noted, "We’ve not only gained expertise in epidemiology but also come to understand the importance of health equity—ensuring everyone has access to a healthy, dignified, and secure life."

Prof. Wang Kaibo, chairman of the school council, drew inspiration from Tsinghua’s century-long history to expound on the university’s motto, encouraging the graduates to "become the brightest ambassadors of the school." Dean Margaret Chan, via video message, underscored that "true success lies in improving the lives of others" and called on graduates to take bold roles in global health governance.

Prof. Zhang Min, VSPH vice dean, announced the list of awardees, including outstanding graduates and thesis honors, with nine individuals, including Zhang Tingkai, Na Xiaona, and James Anthony Pollard, receiving recognition. Faculty members presented commemorative gifts to the graduates, and the ceremony concluded with the Tsinghua anthem and a group photo.
