In response to global challenges presented by the COVID pandemic, Vanke School of Public Health of Tsinghua University and T.H. Chan School of Public Health of Harvard University jointly initiate the Global Coalition of Deans of School of Public Health (GCDSPH), to work together to build a healthier, fairer and sustainable world. GCDSPH aims to address major global public health issues by promoting bi-lateral or multi-lateral research and innovation, cultivating future leaders in public health, and fostering closer partnership among member universities, non-profit and government organizations as well as industries. GCDSPH will serve as a mechanism for exchange and cooperation, providing leadership of global higher education efforts addressing public health issues, and for the implementation of practical policy actions in members’ respective communities and around the world.
